Custom Orders

All David Pedroza Couture Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure garments are considered final sale and non-returnable, as each piece is custom created specifically for the individual client.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required upon design confirmation to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped or collected.

Alterations & Repairs

Each garment includes one complimentary alteration, such as a hem adjustment or minor repair. Additional or complex alterations (e.g. structural changes or design modifications) may incur an additional charge, subject to review and approval.

Liability

David Pedroza Couture is not liable for any damages that occur after the order has been delivered. We recommend handling garments with care, as each piece is crafted to haute couture standards.
